         Medical doctors separate the body into discrete parts and label each condition or problem, for example arthritis.  Holistic doctors, however, view the body as an interdependent whole with each part dependent upon and supporting the other parts.  Therefore, instead of a label such as arthritis, a holistic doctor would say the body used up much of the HCL normally present in the stomach to digest cooked food.  Thus, the body has been breaking down bone for minerals to digest food and to maintain proper pH in the blood.  Rheumatoid arthritis is known in holistic circles as a cooked food disease.

I.    BONE LOSS

A.    Why the Body Needs Calcium

         Calcium is the most important mineral in the body.  If the body has all that it needs to be able to use calcium, first served is the heart, brain and each cell of the body.  After all others have been served, the body will use any remaining usable calcium to build bone.  However, if bone infection is present, the infection must be addressed before the body will build bone.  For bone maintenance, all infections in the body must be addressed, because the body steals minerals - mainly calcium and magnesium - from bone to buffer the blood when there is systemic low pH.  Low pH at the site of infections leads to whole body/systemic low pH (See Digestive heading).

         Calcium is crucial to the proper functioning of:

1.    THE HEARTBEAT:  Calcium is the mineral that causes the contraction of the heart called the heartbeat.  Magnesium is the mineral that allows the heart to relax to get ready for the next contraction or heartbeat.  Without sufficient USABLE magnesium and calcium and its cofactors, the heartbeat can and does malfunction, causing arrhythmia.

2.    THE NERVES:  Calcium is also crucial to nerve messages being transmitted from one nerve to the next at the synapses/connections.  Poor nerve transmission means SLOWER REACTION TIME, for example, in removing a hand from a hot stove, as in ADD as opposed to ADHD.

3.     EACH CELL OF THE BODY:  The pumping action of the heart pushes the blood throughout the body.  The blood picks up oxygen from the lungs and nutrients/food from the small intestines and takes them to the cells.  Each cell in the body has a calcium/magnesium mini-pump - much like the heart - that pumps toxins and waste out of each cell and oxygen and nutrients/food into each cell.

4.    BONE GROWTH AND BONE REPAIR:  Calcium not only grows bones in young people and repairs broken bones, it can rebuild bone - not to be confused with some drugs on the market that do not allow the body to get rid of dead bone, thereby making bones appear more dense when x-rayed.  However, dead bone is brittle and breaks more easily than live bone.

 

B.   Calcium is Stored in the Body Because of a Lack of:

         Most people do take sufficient calcium.  However, many holistic doctors believe that Americans are slowly turning to stone, because many Americans’ bodies are not able to use the calcium that they are taking.  Crucial to the proper use of calcium is understanding that CALCIUM IS A TEAM PLAYER.  Calcium cannot work alone.  In order for the body to use calcium it must have:

1.    SUFFICIENT ENZYMES:  When we eat cooked food, it puts a strain on our enzyme producing organs, causing worn out and damaged cells which:

A.    Cannot Produce a Normal Amount of enzymes.

B.    Cannot Repair the Damage because of the ongoing strain.

C.    Puts More Dependence upon Eating Raw food that comes with its own enzymes.  However, digestive issues usually cause stomach upset when eating raw food.  Cooking food does partially break down food, creating less digestive upset.  BUT cooking food also destroys much of its nutritional value - destroying enzymes and losing many vitamins and minerals (See Anti-Aging and Cook headings).

2.    MISSING MINERALS, VITAMINS AND TRACE MINERALS:

A.    Calcium in the Body Needs to be in a Two to One Ratio with Magnesium and a ten to four ratio with phosphorus.  Too much calcium or too little phosphorus prompts calcium to be stored.  The body flushes excesses of magnesium (See Fatigue heading).  Too much phosphorus, such as the phosphoric acid in soft drinks, erodes the teeth and is a major contributor to the rise in osteoporosis.

B.    To Build Bone Calcium Works in Concert With Many Trace Minerals and vitamins, such as manganese, copper, zinc, iron and Vitamins C, D and K.

3.    A LOW STOMACH pH:  The root cause of bone loss, such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, like all other chronic degenerative diseases, is high stomach pH.  We are normally born with lots of HCL in our stomachs in order to break down mainly protein and calcium into small enough portions for the blood to carry throughout the body for distribution.  When digestive issues are present, stomach pH is usually too high - above 5.0 - to break down/digest calcium (See Digestive heading).  When the body ingests calcium, it says:  “Halleluiah!  BUT I don’t have everything I need in order to use this calcium, so I will just store this calcium until I get the other things that I need.”  The body stores calcium as:

A.     Bone Spurs - particularly on the spine and feet.

B.     Calcium Deposits in Cartilage leading to rheumatoid arthritis.

C.     Calcium Crystals in Nerve Endings, causing irritation and pain.

D.     Stones in the Gallbladder.

E.     Plaque on Teeth.

F.      Cataracts on Eyes.

G.    Deposits in the Penis causing pain.

H.     Tinnitus in ears, but tinnitus can also be caused from a build up of toxins in the head from bad teeth or metal in the teeth or from an old head trauma or any trauma reflecting to the ear (See Anti-Aging heading for an explanation of interference fields that reflect pain to other areas).

4.    HELP YOURSELF

A.   Almost Everyone Can Build Up to Drinking Raw Super Food Smoothies - particularly those individuals with digestive issues - so that they can provide their bodies with essential enzymes and nutrients (See Budget heading).

B.   Take an Animal Source of Omega 3s on a daily basis for the Vitamin D within.  I recommend ¼ teaspoon of Nordic Naturals cod liver oil per day because it is third party tested for no detectible levels of heavy metals, dioxins or PCBs.  Other brands often suggest taking considerably more than ¼ teaspoon because their quality is poor and they fill with Omega 6s - which are plentiful in food.  The heart, brain and cell walls are the heaviest users of Omega 3 oils (See Oils heading).

C.   Take Trace Minerals by switching your salt to sea salt, such as PRL’s Pink Salt.  Trace minerals are also in PRL’s Coral Legend, which is sango marine coral.  But if your kidneys are in trouble, DO NOT TAKE CALCIUM.  Get your calcium, trace minerals and lots of vitamins, including C and K in raw leafy vegetables or by taking powdered greens.  Build up to about a tablespoon of PRL’s powdered Greens per day by taking an additional ¼ teaspoon every week.  Raw powdered greens are grasses.  Therefore, they should taste sweet.  If powdered green grasses do not taste slightly sweet, they are most likely pesticided toxic greens.

D.   An Inversion Table can help nurse a bad back to health.  An inversion table ever so slightly separates vertebrae allowing squashed discs to be fed (See Immune heading for inversion table instructions.)  However, an inversion table will not help the body to get rid of bone infection.  Make an appointment for an in-person or telephone consultation for QRA muscle testing on my Home-Contact page.

 

C.   Calcium - the Good, the Bad and the Ugly

1.    THE GOOD:

A.     Powdered Greens are the easiest way to take calcium with all of its cofactors/team players present in order to build bone.  Powdered greens may be put into a daily power breakfast smoothie (See Budget heading).

B.     Raw Green Leafy Vegetables are hard for most people to eat in salads on a nearly daily basis.  Very lightly and quickly cooked raw green leafy vegetables may also count if they are supplemented with raw powdered greens (See Cook heading).

C.     Live Source Sango Marine Coral, as in PRL’s Coral Legend, which:

i.      IS IONIZED FOR MORE COMPLETE ABSORPTION.

ii.     HAS ALL OF THE ENZYMES, MINERALS AND OVER 70 TRACE ELEMENTS in the proper proportion needed to build bone.  DO NOT TAKE CALCIUM SUPPLEMENTS IF YOUR KIDNEYS ARE WEAK.  Sango marine coral is live coral that has broken off naturally and is allowed to be collected by divers. 

2.    THE BAD:  Calcium citrate requires three enzymatic reactions in the body for the body to be able to break the calcium citrate down.  But like calcium carbonate, calcium citrate has no cofactors:  minerals, trace minerals and vitamins.  I have an older client that got rid of all of his infections and had been on maintenance products only for several years.  He does not like raw veggies, but used calcium citrate anyway because it is cheaper in order to maintain his pH at 6.2.  He consequently got a bone spur on his heel - which we dissolved using HCL in a couple of month (DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME, because infections and interference fields reflecting to the stomach causes most people to not be able to take HCL.).  His body stored the calcium, because it did not have all of the cofactors/team players to be able to use the calcium.

3.    THE UGLY:

A.     Pasteurized Milk is cooked milk.  Thus pasteurized milk requires 12 enzymatic reactions for the body to be able to use it.  Drinking unpasteurized milk requires trusting that the producer of the milk is very fastidious.  Except as babies we should not ingest milk anyway.  We get toxins and growth hormones from cows’ milk and the fat from inorganic meat.  Toxins fill up fatty sites - like the brain and breasts - and growth hormones plug into estrogen sites in both men and women - creating male breast and fibrocystic breasts in women. 

B.     Coral, other than Sango Marine Coral, has been baking in the sun.  It is no longer live, therefore it has no enzymes.  It takes 12 enzymatic reactions for the body to be able to breakdown cooked coral or CALCIUM CARBONATE, which is the main ingredient in the sidewalk in your driveway and along the street as well as most of the calcium supplements on the market.

4.    TEST YOURSELF TO KNOW YOUR pH:

A.   First Morning Urine pH can be Used to Assess the Health of the whole body.  However, if you are taking antacids, vinegar or magnesium mineral baths regularly to raise your pH, a urine test will be inaccurate to test the health of your body.  Vinegar and mineral baths will change pH; and yes, vinegar is good for your health.  BUT vinegar and mineral baths mask true whole body/systemic pH.

i.      URINATE INTO A CUP.

ii.     TEAR OFF ONE TO TWO INCHES OF PH PAPER TAPE.

iii.    STICK THE PH TAPE INTO THE URINE.

iv.   IMMEDIATELY COMPARE THE COLOR of the pH with the color chart on the outside of PRL’s pH paper tape roll.

B.   If Your pH is Below 6.2 or Above 7.0, take one capsule of PRL’s Coral Calcium or ¼ teaspoon of PRL’s Coral Legend daily.  DO NOT TAKE CALCIUM SUPPLEMENTS IF YOUR KIDNEYS ARE WEAK.  Use greens - fresh or powdered - to help raise pH and support the kidneys.

C.   In Three Days, Test First Morning Urine pH Again.  Note that a pH above 7.0 often will move up in number - becoming black - before it becomes yellow and then move to green.  If your pH is below 6.2 or above 7.0, add an additional capsule of Coral Calcium or ¼ teaspoon of PRL’s Coral Legend every five days.  Now you are taking two Coral Calcium  or powdered Greens daily - one with breakfast and one with supper.

D.   Continue Testing First Morning Urine Ph every five days.  Add one more PRL’s Coral Legend, ¼ teaspoon of Coral Legend or Greens Mix each five days until your pH STAYS between 6.2 to 7.0 or until taking Coral Calcium is too costly of a proposition.  If it takes more than ten Coral Calcium capsules daily to keep pH between 6.2 to 7.0, you most likely have two or more infections - which means it could take a few years before your need for Coral Calcium to maintain pH begins to decrease.  Make an appointment for an in-person or telephone consultation for QRA muscle testing on my Home-Contact page.

A.   Depression:  Depression is often said to be caused by a neurochemical or hormonal imbalance in the brain.  Taking drugs or herbs for a neurochemical or hormonal imbalance in the brain is managing the SYMPTOM, not attacking the cause of the depression.  The important question is:  What is causing the neurochemical or hormonal imbalance in each individual case?  Skilled QRA practitioners excel in finding the specific causes of the symptoms.  Depression is usually caused by one or more of:      

1.    Insufficient good oils.

2.    Pesticides and hormones in the fat in inorganic animal protein.

3.    Overburdened detox organs, which can lead to parasites.

4.    Candida fungal yeast from intestinal parasites, bacteria and virus, which lead a failure of adrenal-brain communication.

5.    Failure of adrenal-brain communication.  Low functioning adrenals can lead to low thyroid.

6.    Long standing, low functioning thyroid.

1.    INSUFFICIENT GOOD OILS:  Omega 3 oils have long been known to protect the body from hormonal imbalance and low serotonin levels that can cause depression. The body needs good oils/fats in order to make neural transmitters and hormones.  The quality of fats that we eat determines the quality and quantity of our neural transmitters.  Omega 3 oils are solely responsible for short distance neural communication, such as that between neurons within the brain itself, for example from the parietal reading processing area to the temporal memory area and from the temporal memory area to the central speech area (See Oils heading).

2.    PESTICIDES AND HORMONES IN THE FAT IN INORGANIC ANIMAL PROTEIN:

A.   Eating Inorganic Cows, Chickens, Pigs, Cheese, Milk and other dairy products produces an excess of estrogen, which can lead to hormonal imbalance.  Products from inorganically raised cows, chickens and pigs contains growth hormones that hurry the cows’, chickens’ and pigs growth to maturity - and readiness for sale - in ¾ of the time.  These synthetic hormones in unnaturally raised animals and pesticides on inorganic veggies that mimic the chemical structure of estrogen:

i.      Plug into estrogen receptor sites, creating hormone imbalance, or

ii.     Are treated by the body as toxins and stored in fatty tissue - even resulting in male breasts.

B.   80% of Inorganic American Soy is genetically modified, and too much soy unbalances hormones - including soy milk, which is highly processed.  First, establish that the ingredients in the food you wish to eat are healthy.  Then establish how whole and natural the food is.  Food and lotion producers commonly make very good ingredients toxic by their processing (See Anti-Aging heading).  The soy we eat should ALWAYS be fermented, as in miso, which can over time help to ease menopausal difficulties.

3.    OVERBURDENED DETOX ORGANS:

A.     When the Liver and/or Intestines Become Overloaded, they tell the blood:  "Sorry, we’re full.  Take that load of toxin elsewhere."

i.      AN OVERLOAD OF TOXINS AND INFECTIONS IN THE LIVER affects mood.  In Chinese medicine the liver is the seat of anger.

ii.     TOXIC WASTE FLOODS INTO THE MINOR DETOXIFICATION ORGANS - the kidneys, lungs and skin - as well as the immune system.

iii.    CIRCULATING TOXINS CAUSE TEMPORARY HEADACHES, fuzzy thinking and/or mood swings As the blood searches desperately for a place to store the onslaught of daily toxins.  Toxins make bones weak and brittle and muscles sore during movement.  Therefore, the body prefers to store toxins in fat.  The brain and breast tissue are preferred sites to store toxins, because they are more than 60% fat.  Thus, headaches, fuzzy thinking and mood swings can become more enduring and turn into migraine headaches.

B.     Once First Morning Urine pH has Dropped Below 6.2, parasites and bacteria arrive in the intestines and liver because stomach pH is too high to kill them.

i.      THE TWO MOST ACIDIC FOODS THAT MOVE PH DOWN are white flour and white sugar.  White bread is anything that NOT 100% WHOLE GRAIN ON THE INGREDIENT LABEL.  White sugar is anything that is NOT a whole sugar.  Whole sugars are:  raw sugar, honey, agave, maple syrup or whole leaf dried or fresh stevia (See Digestive heading).

ii.     PARASITE EXCREMENT - a toxin - is picked up by the blood, circulated to overloaded detox organs, then to a past trauma site or fatty site in which to store the toxins. Parasite excrement is so tiny it is able to penetrate the blood brain barrier and attach to areas of the brain that regulate behavior control, memory and speech, causing mood swings, memory loss and brain fog.

4.    CANDIDA FUNGAL YEAST FROM INTESTINAL PARASITES, BACTERIA AND VIRUS.

A.     Candida Fungal Yeast:  The body responds to the arrival of bacteria and/or parasites by increasing the amount of Candida in the intestines, because Candida is the intestine’s garbage collector.  Candida sends roots into the intestinal wall so that it can more effectively combat bacterial and/or parasitic infection excrement and die off - which creates leakage into the surrounding tissue -  often called leaky gut syndrome (See Digestive heading).  The surrounding tissue is the uterus, ovaries, testicles, prostate and bladder, which in time all begin to malfunction.  The blood picks up the toxic waste leaking from the intestines and circulates it looking for a fatty place to store the toxins.

B.     Candida Puts Out Over 130 Different Hormones which cause among other things fuzzy thinking and mood swings (See Digestive heading).

C.     Viruses for the most part do not pile onto the body until other existing infections have lowered immunity.  But once viruses arrive they can certainly make the individual feel considerably worse.  Virus tends to concentrate in the brain, spill over into the spinal column and the mucous membranes of the digestive tract and even break out on the skin.  Pathogens construct small igloo-type houses called bio-films onto mucous membranes in which they all live together and exchange DNA.  When one house gets full, they break out and construct another bio-film until they have a small city of bio-films.  Bio-film cities grow just like our cities do - larger and larger until they have suburbs, etc.  Once a bio-film has grown larger than 14 mm, it is too large for the body’s T cells to surround and kill.  Several herbs are known to help the body break bio-films, but this is something that a skilled QRA practitioner needs to supervise.  Make an appointment for an in-person or telephone consultation for QRA muscle testing on my Home-Contact page.

5.     FAILURE OF ADRENAL-BRAIN COMMUNICATION:

A.     Adrenal Fatigue is a Very Common Result of Heavy Metal Poisoning, chronic parasitic infestations, chronic viral and chronic bacterial infestations.

B.     Poor Adrenal Function Affects Brain Function.  When we have a conversation with another person and that person does not respond, we usually stop talking to them.  Similarly, WHEN THE ADRENALS ARE FATIGUED, THEY CONTINUE TO NOT RESPOND TO THE BRAIN.  The conversation - or feedback loop - between the adrenals and the brain is then impaired, the brain slows down and the output of hormones becomes out of balance (See Fatigue heading).  The uterus, ovaries and prostate rely upon a healthy continuous conversation between the adrenals and the brain.  Being chronically tired is a marker of adrenal fatigue.

6.    LONG-STANDING, LOW FUNCTIONING THYROID - hypothyroid - can lead to depression and an addiction to stimulants (See Fatigue heading for adrenal and thyroid info. and the uric acid paragraph in the Digestive heading for low thyroid info.).

 

B.   Migraines and Recurring Headaches are usually caused by one or more of:

1.    Head or neck trauma.

2.    Interference fields.

3.    Circulating toxins.

4.    Congested gallbladder.

 

1.    HEAD TRAUMA has been shown to be 16 times more important than injuries elsewhere.  The older the injury, the bigger the problem, because the body will opt to store toxins in prior injuries in an effort to have as few sites as possible with toxins (See Anti-Aging heading).  Toxins in muscles make muscles tight.  Tight muscles can constrict blood vessels and nerves, as well as pull on bones.  Toxins collecting in the neck from a trauma there often become a bottle neck.  When the individual reclines for any length of time, toxins spread out into the head giving a headache and foggy thinking.  Standing or sitting is then required to assist gravity to move toxins back down in order to clear the head or pain.  To get to the root cause of this problem, make an appointment for an in-person or telephone consultation for QRA muscle testing on my Home-Contact page.

2.    AN INTERFERENCE FIELD is a trauma elsewhere that refers pain to somewhere else like the head or neck.  These can be tracked down by a skilled QRA practitioner (See Anti-Aging heading).

3.    CIRCULATING TOXINS:  The body constantly takes in toxins which it sends to the liver.  More than normal activity also stirs up more than normal toxins in an effort to cleanse the body.  These more than normal circulating toxins can cause an overload on already overworked liver, intestines and kidneys that say: “Sorry, blood. We’re full.  Take that load of toxins elsewhere.  So the toxins circulate in the blood looking for a fatty area or prior trauma to put the toxins in.  While the toxins are circulating, the headache will continue.  An all over or frontal headache is usually caused by circulating toxins from the intestines (See Digestive and Anti-Aging headings).  

4.    A CONGESTED GALLBLADDER sends its overload of toxins out through the gallbladder meridian to carry some of the load and disburse the toxins.  A backed up gallbladder meridian disburses toxins into mostly muscle tissue all along both sides of the gallbladder meridian.  A REMOVED GALLBLADDER often has congested bile veils that are leaking toxins into the surrounding tissue and jams all along the gallbladder meridian.  The blood picks up these toxins in the tissue and takes them to the liver, which sends them through the gallbladder again; and an ever worsening spiral is now in place. (See Digestive heading.)

            The gallbladder meridian is very long and very prone to causing pain in our hydrogenated oil eating society.  Hydrogenated oil is highly processed and manmade - like the oil we use in our cars.  The gallbladder does not recognize this oil, so no bile is squirted out to digest it.  Bile is constantly produced by the liver and stored in the gallbladder.  When the bile is not used it thickens, becomes gummy and can turn into stones.  A gallbladder flush works by providing lots of good oil that stimulates the gallbladder to contract forcibly.  When a gallbladder contracts on medium to large stones, large holes are made in the gallbladder that will be painful for months or years usually between the shoulder blades on the right side.

A.      The gallbladder meridian begins above each eye.

B.      Goes up and over the top of the head.

C.      Back and forth on the sides of the head.

D.      Down the back of the head and neck.

E.      Over to the rotator cuff at the shoulder.  Before opting for rotator cuff surgery, you might want to try cleaning out your gallbladder and gallbladder meridian first.

F.      Back to between the shoulder blades.

G.     Over to the side of the hip at the top.

H.      Then down the outside of the legs to the baby toeLeg pain or ankle swelling and pain most often QRA test to be toxins that are moving to the feet courtesy of gravity.  Mudpacks on the feet often removed leg pain.  (See Anti-Aging heading).

 

C.   ADD, Autism and Learning Challenges are usually caused by one or more of:

1.    Insufficient good oils (See Depressing section 1 above).

2.    Heavy metal poisoning.

3.    Poor nutrition.

4.    Head trauma (See Migraines and Recurring Headaches section 1 above).

5.    Intestinal issues:  parasites, bacteria and virus, which can lead to Candida fungi and a failure of adrenal-brain communication (See Depression section 4 above).

6.    Failure of adrenal-brain communication (See Depression section 5 above).

 

1.    HEAVY METAL POISONING and the preservatives and microplasm in injections:  Because heavy metals are very acidic, they are considered enablers.  Heavy metals are, therefore, one of the main reasons that first morning urine pH drops below 6.2, making an environment friendly to bacteria, fungi, parasites and virus.  Sites in the body where metal is being stored become more painful and more acidic over time.  Metal and the preservatives in injections are safely and easily removed using mudpacks, which remove toxins directly into the mud, bypassing the liver, gallbladder, kidneys and intestines.  Microplasm requires the use of an anti-infective herb (See Anti-Aging heading for toxin removal).   Heavy metal:

A.   Is an environmental toxin that we breathe in the air and drink from the water.

B.   Leaks from “silver” fillings, root canals, metal crowns, metal supports in porcelain crowns and braces.

C.   Is a preservative in injections/shots that the blood picks up and carries to the liver.

D.   Is present in the form of lead, cadmium, arsenic, aluminum and mercury in many environments and occupations. 

2.    POOR NUTRITION, which often causes delayed brain growth and intestinal issues; but quality nutrients can accelerate brain growth and development.

A.   The Brain and Nerves Are Very Vulnerable to Malnutrition Damage, because they need a lot of energy and enzymes in order to function properly.  Although the brain is only two percent of our body weight, the brain uses 25% of the glucose and 20% of the oxygen.  If nerve function is poor, mood, attention and general health also suffer.  Poor nerve transmission means slower reaction time, for example, in not moving hands up quickly enough to stop or brace for a fall - as in ADD without hyperactivity.

B.   Many Authors Believe that a Majority of Learning Challenges, including dyslexia, ADD and autism - nearing epidemic proportions - are caused by metabolic disorders originating from the mother’s physical condition during pregnancy or immediately after birth, including toxic milk produced by a nursing mother's poor diet.  The toxic milk slows down the babies’ metabolism, which causes malfunction of the brain and body.  Uric acid has also been shown to aggravate ADD symptoms (See Digestive heading).  Rumpelstiltskin could make gold from straw, but we mere humans cannot make premium quality children with less than premium quality nutrients.  Cow and goat milk is no better, because they are not fed nor cared for better than we are (See Bone heading above).

 

D.   Hormonal Issues:  Like depression, pain and adrenal fatigue, hormonal issues are a symptom of greater problem.  Yes, there are many products that can relieve hormonal symptoms as long as the products continue to be used, but this is like taking aspirin for a pain - which is killing the messenger.  Relieving hormonal symptoms is NOT fixing the cause of the problem.  Killing the messenger allows the cause of the problem to continue and get worse.  Hormonal issues usually stem from one or more of: 

1.    Midline Interference Fields.

2.    Unbalanced hormones caused by excess estrogen from pesticides and hormones in the fat in inorganic animal protein (See Depression section 2 above).

3.    Candida fungal yeast from intestinal parasites, bacteria and virus, which can lead to failure of adrenal-brain communication (See Depression section 4 above).

4.    Failure of adrenal-brain communication (See Depression section 5 above).

 

1.    MIDLINE INTERFERENCE FIELDS commonly refer problems and/or pain up or down the midline - center of the body from the forehead to the pubic bone.  For example, scars, surgeries or long past often forgotten traumas, such as C sections, hernias, nose surgery or even clavicle or breast scars over time can and usually do reflect to other organs and glands on the midline - such as the uterus, prostate, bladder, stomach, heart and thyroid.  The midline traumas will need to be mudpacked (See Anti-Aging heading).

E.   Alzheimers:  The main problem with helping individuals with Alzheimer’s is that there is no parent and often no child to help them.  For example, a client I had a while back who was trying to help himself with his “beginning Alzheimer’s” had a lot of difficulty following directions: finding my office, taking his nutritional supplements each day and making and using mudpacks correctly.  Alzheimers’ is usually caused by one or more of:

1.    Heavy metal poisoning, which can lead to parasites, bacteria and virus (See ADD, Autism and Learning Challenges section 1 above).

2.    Poor nutrition, which can lead to intestinal issues (See ADD, Autism and Learning Challenges section 2 above).

3.    Intestinal issues:  parasites, bacteria and virus, which can lead to Candida fungi and a failure of adrenal-brain communication (See Depression section 4 above).

4.    Failure of adrenal-brain communication (See Depression section 5 above).

 

F.   Memory and Brain Fog is usually caused by toxins in the brain, which can be caused by one or more of:

1.    Head trauma (See Migraines and Recurring Headaches section 1 above).

2.    Heavy metal poisoning (See ADD, Autism and Learning Challenges section 1 above).

3.    Poor nutrition, which can lead to parasites, bacteria and virus (See ADD, Autism and Learning Challenges section 2 above).

4.    Parasites, bacteria and virus, which can lead to failure of adrenal-brain communication (See Depression section 4 above).

5.    Failure of adrenal-brain communication (See Depression section 5 above).

 

G.   Help Yourself:  Sorry.  I only have two temporary ‘quick fix the symptom’ helps for you, numbers 1 and 2 below.  Helping yourself can often take a year or even two years to reverse course and help the body to heal from years of neglect or misuse, particularly with a Vata body type, because it usually means at least helping the body to do numbers 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 below.

1.    TAKING ONE TO THREE CAPSULES OF MAGNESIUM relaxes tight head and neck muscles causing tension or stress headaches. 

2.  TO LEAD A LESS STRESSFUL LIFE, try open mouth deep breathing until you have yawned at least twice.  This could take as many as 25 or more deep breaths at first, but done daily will drop to less than five.  Check your body for tension throughout the day.  Respond to tension with deep breathing.  Many have found that within a few weeks they are generally much less stressed.

3.    BEING IN THE SUN FOR FIVE TO FIFTEEN MINUTES without wearing eyewear also often helps to relieve a headache caused by circulating toxins, but do not do this regularly without first building the amount of live source Vitamin E in your cells for a few weeks (See Anti-Aging heading).

4.    RAISE pH by getting rid of all infections.  Whole body - systemic - pH affects mood (See Digestive and Budget headings).

5.    CLEAN OUT ACCUMULATED TOXINS using mudpacks.  An overload of toxins and the pain they can cause also affects mood (See Anti-Aging heading).

6.    CLEAN OUT ALL DETOXIFICATION ORGANS, including the intestines, liver, kidneys, lungs and skin - often one at a time with a Vata body type:  I do NOT recommend a liver or gallbladder flush without being under the care of a skilled QRA practitioner.  I have had clients who had been to other holistic practitioners that recommended flushing the client’s gallbladder or liver.  These clients had gallstones, so they were in pain for months after the flush.  A good gallbladder flush (often called gallbladder cleanse) works by contracting the gallbladder to flush out thick, gummy bile.  However, if there are stones in that thick gummy bile, the contraction can rip holes in the gallbladder.

7.  EFFECT A WHOLE BODY OIL CHANGE:  ¼ teaspoon of Nordic Naturals cod liver oil will supply sufficient Omega 3s for brain, heart and skin health.  Changes using food rather than herbs normally take as much as six months to begin to see a difference.

8.    CLEAR DENTAL INFECTIONS:  Infection leaking from teeth is a fairly common problem that is often overlooked (See Cancer heading).  Dental infections constantly leak toxins out into the surrounding area.  All infections hold pH down.  See a holistic dentist.

9.    TAKE THE SELF TEST FOR CANDIDA OVERGROWTH in the Digestive heading. 

10.    BUILD UP TO TAKING ¼ TEASPOON OF PRL’s MAX B by adding one drop every three to five days.  Headband headaches have been known to be caused by a lack of live B vitamins.  Sugaraholics and alcoholics are known to need live B vitamins.

A.     Drinking a Daily Raw Food Smoothie is easier for many people (See Budget heading).  Depending upon the individual’s weight, use ½ to four teaspoons of powdered greens daily.  Nontoxic powdered greens smell and taste sweet.  Try PRL’s Greens Mix.  Build up on powdered greens 1/4 teaspoon a week.

B.     Or Eat Lots of Raw Green Vegetables Daily.  Most of the B vitamins in green veggies go into the water along with all of the minerals when we cook food (See Cook heading).  Asparagus is the most readily available food that can help to detoxify the liver (See Budget heading).  But simply cleaning the liver will NOT clear infections - and infection in the liver is common.  If after six months (because food takes much longer to help the body heal than quality herbs) you do not see much difference, make an appointment for an in-person or telephone consultation for QRA muscle testing on my Home-Contact page.

C.     ADD AND AUTISTIC CHILDREN AS WELL AS DEPRESSED ADULTS have been shown to be particularly low in the calming minerals - calcium, magnesium and potassium - and Vitamins B6, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2) and C.  These vitamins and minerals are available in large amounts in RAW green vegetables, but they leach into the water when cooked.  Liberal amounts of B vitamins are needed for the normal, functional development of a rapidly growing nervous system, including the brain (See Cook heading).

11.      TAKE A GOOD DIGESTIVE ENZYME, such as PRL’s Q. Digest, with each meal to more fully breakdown and utilize the food eaten.

12.      BUILD UP TO DRINKING GREEN TEA, at least two to as many glasses as you can daily.  Green tea is a commonly available item that fights infections and gently REMOVES METALS and radiation from the body.  My recommendations are Jasmine green tea at Tattle Tea, Rishi or Republic of Tea, which are nontoxic.  I have also tested jasmine teas in packets in the large Chinese market here in Austin, Texas that are nontoxic.  CAUTION:  If you have weak kidneys, build up on liquids slowly.

13.      DRINKING 15 TO 25 ADDITIONAL OUNCES OF WATER OR TEA - not fruit juice, milk, coffee or cola.  Sufficient fluid helps the body flush toxins into the intestines for removal.  CAUTION:  If you currently do not drink half of your body weight in ounces (for 128 pounds, drink 64 ounces a day or 8 cups) or if your kidneys are NOT in good shape, they CANNOT process large amounts of fluid quickly.  Build up slowly over a period of weeks to daily drinking at least half of your body weight in ounces.

14.      SUPPLY SULPHUR BASED FOODS, which help the liver to detoxify itself: buckwheat, black beans, kidney beans and pinto beans (See Cook heading).  You can also just grind pinto or kidney beans in a coffee grinder.  Keep the ground beans in the refrigerator.  CAUTION:  Cleaning the liver can detox the body too fast, causing detox or cleansing symptoms - headache or flu-like symptoms.  Build up slowly starting with ¼ teaspoon a day.  Work up to one to two teaspoons into 1/4 to 1/2 cup of juice and drink IMMEDIATELY.  There is not much taste except the juice.  Don't give up.  Beans are food.  It can take as long as six months to begin to show a difference, but most people notice a calming within a month.  Do not keep ground beans in the refrigerator more than a month.

15.      ONE BRAZIL NUT PER DAY supplies 137% of the body’s daily need for SERATONIN (See Cancer heading).

16.      THERE IS NEW RESEARCH THAT SAYS COCONUT OIL delivers ketones that the brain can use as fuel instead of glucose.  This research says that coconut oil also kills bacteria, which leaves the body more energy and effort to devote to fighting virus, etc.  Old research backs this up by saying that coconut oil does contain compounds that have been shown to punch holes in the skin of bacteria and parasites, which slows down their activity.  Purchase a high quality natural, unprocessed coconut oil in a non-transparent container, like PRL’s Coconut Oil.  Use about a tablespoon a day.  It is great in cooking, but expect a fairly strong coconut flavor.  I really like it on jasmine brown rice.

17.      DO NOT EAT THE FAT, INCLUDING INORGANIC BUTTER.  Buy organic butter.  Costco, Sprouts and Whole Foods inorganic butter tests nontoxic.  Growth hormones and pesticides are oil solvents, so they are found in the fat of inorganic meat.  (See Anti-Aging heading for recommended stores and brand names).

18.      CELANTRO ALSO REMOVES METAL from the body.  Celantro is easy to grow and seeds itself.  Buy half of a dozen plants, and do not use pesticides of any kind on your yard.  Cut the cilantro when ready.  Chop in ¼ to ½ inch sections and freeze loosely in freezer bags.  Frozen cilantro works well in cooking.  Add it to lightly cooked meats and veggies.  Do not cut all of the cilantro plants.  At the end of the summer leave a few to reseed the area.

19.      PRL’S FOOD SOURCE VITAMIN E AND NATURAL SOURCE MELATONIN protect fatty tissue - no more than three drops per day of Melatonin for men.  Women on average have 40% more fat than men.

20.      TOP AND BACK OF THE HEAD HEADACHES, as well as snoring, are often a digestive problem (See Digestive heading).
